UK Directors' Legal Duties in Relation to Climate Change
Recent developments in the UK potentially heighten the standard of care and consideration that UK directors should bring to climate risks, and the actions and disclosures their organisations are making in relation to these.

In this webinar we will discuss how climate risks are covered within the existing corporate law framework, the legal implications of developments such as mandatory TCFD reporting and the increased regulatory and stakeholder pressures on disclosing transition plans and scenario analysis. We will also consider the landmark ruling in the Netherlands which required Shell to reduce its emissions by 2030 - and what this may mean for other corporates.

This webinar is in collaboration with Chapter Zero, the Directors' Climate Forum.
